1. The AmericInn.com Best Rate Guarantee applies to reservations made on AmericInn.com for AmericInn^® locations. 

2. If you have a confirmed reservation on AmericInn.com and then find a lower rate on the Internet for an available room at the same property with the same accommodations, including the same arrival/departure dates, room & bed type, number of guests, and with the same guarantee and/or prepayment/deposit requirements, then AmericInn will match the lower rate and provide an additional 10% discount.

3. The AmericInn.com Best Rate Guarantee only applies to publicly available rates on the Internet, and it does not apply to: a. Special “member only” rates where the rate is restricted to membership within a specific club, organization, or association (such as AAA, AARP, government, corporate, or other affinity/organizations). b. Rates not publicly available, such as group, wholesale, corporate, or other negotiated rates c. Hotel or travel packages where the total charges include more than hotel accommodations, such as airfare, car rental, food and beverage, or other similar packages or amenities. d. Any rates from auction or opaque websites, or where the AmericInn name and specific hotel location or other identifiable marks are not revealed until after the guest has purchased or guaranteed payment for that stay. Such sites include but are not limited to Priceline.com and Hotwire.com.

4. You must complete and submit an official online claim form at AmericInn.com so that it is received within 24 hours of booking your reservation on AmericInn.com, and at least 48 hours prior to your arrival at the AmericInn location which holds your reservation.

5. The lower rate found on a competing website must be viewable and bookable by the general public and our Claim Representatives must be able to visit and verify, to their satisfaction, that a lower rate exists. Once we verify the availability and eligibility of the lower rate and that your claim meets all the terms and conditions of this offer, we will match it and provide the additional 10% discount.

6. The AmericInn Best Rate Guarantee applies to the room rate only and does not include any service charges, gratuities, taxes, resort fees, early departure fees, incidental charges, or other local, state or federally imposed tariffs. Comparisons will be based upon the local currency of the AmericInn location.

7. AmericInn is not responsible for and will not refund any fees associated with the booking or canceling of reservations made on websites other than AmericInn.com. Cancellation of reservations made on AmericInn.com must be done so in accordance with the AmericInn location’s cancellation policies that were in effect at the time of original booking.

8. If a reservation is for multiple nights, the AmericInn Best Rate Guarantee will apply to and compare the total room rate for the entire stay in determining the validity of the claim.

9. AmericInn reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this offer and/or the terms and conditions of the AmericInn Best Rate Guarantee at any time without prior notice and at its sole discretion. This offer is void where prohibited by law.
