Just a short 20 minute drive west from Grundy Center will bring you to the Pine Lake State Park. There are two lakes Upper Pine and Lower Pine that will provide you with fishing year round. There are camping facilities swimming area and Pine Lake Country Club all located on County Highway S56.

Dike is the new recreational center for Grundy County. The new 255 acre conservation/recreation area includes a lake, hiking trails, camping facilities and picnicking areas.
