This is certainly not the normal welcome and standard of cleanliness a traveler can expect from our housekeeping team. We generally pride ourselves on providing clean and comfortable guest rooms; my apologies for our slip ups in your room. Our housekeeping team works hard to ensure guest rooms are clean and comfortable and we are glad to hear you and your daughter slept so comfortably! Glad to hear you enjoyed our hot homestyle breakfast--sausage, eggs, yogurt, bagels, and our ever popular waffles are a great start to any day!!
