Our pool/spa gets a lot of work on these cold winter days. Guests have also come to love all the wildlife. We have had everything from deer to bear sighted from time to time. Dear Cindi, Thank you so much for taking the time to review your stay with us at the AmericInn Baldwin. I do wish it would have been under better circumstances other than the blizzard. We were quite busy due to people exiting the Interstate due to travel conditions. I do apologize for the shower not working correctly and I can understand why it would be frustrating not to have it working properly. I am also glad that the staff offered to move you to a different room and that you enjoyed the rest of your stay. I do wish you saw better value in the hotel for the price you paid which I believe was $80 plus tax. I constantly monitor comparable hotels that offer the great things you mentioned and keep our rates competitive with them. I do hope you will return to us upon your next visit to the Baldwin area and hopefully not due to travel hardship. Thank you once again.
