• Within 24 hours, you find a rate for the respective AmericInn property of $129 per room per night through another website for the same dates, same room type, number of occupants and rate payment requirements (e.g. full prepayment requirement) and restrictions.
• Complete the AmericInn Best Rate Guarantee Claim Form to claim the AmericInn Best Internet Rate Guarantee.
• If we verify that indeed your booking with us is confirmed and a lower rate is available and bookable via another website, AmericInn will honor that rate for the nights for which the lower rate was found, plus give you an additional 10% discount for every night for which the lower rate was found.
• Rooms on the other website must be publicly available and bookable on the Internet at the time of verification.

You must do the following to claim our Best Internet Rate Guarantee:

1. Contact AmericInn within 24 hours of booking your room by completing the required information in the AmericInn Best Rate Guarantee Claim Form.
2. Upon verification of your claim, AmericInn will honor that rate for the nights for which the lower rate was found, plus give an additional 10% discount upon your arrival at the hotel.
3. Rooms on the other website must be publicly available and bookable on the Internet at the time of verification.

Note: This Guarantee does not apply to:

• Opaque or auction sites where the hotel brand and/or the specific hotel is not known until booking is finalized.
• Non-refundable rates or rates that require different payment terms from the ones booked on www.americinn.com (e.g. full prepayment requirement) and restrictions.
• Packaged rates that include air, car rentals, taxes, service charges, meals, coupons, parking, services, or other services and amenities.
• Qualified discount rates including, but not limited to, Government, AAA or Senior Citizen Discounts.
• Unpublished, negotiated rates with corporations, travel agencies, groups, associations or other rates that are specifically agreed upon by AmericInn and a specified and limited group, and are not publicly available.
• Any claims received within 48 hours of your stay.
