Located 10 miles east of our Fort Collins hotel is Greeley, one of the fastest growing areas in the nation. It was Horace Greeley, editor of the New York Tribune, who popularized the phrase "go west young man, go west". Strongly rooted in the agricultural values of hard work and appreciation of natural resources, Greeley also hosts the Greeley Stampede each summer (last week of June thru July 4th) featurning top notch musical performers. Division I school University of Northern Colorado is also located here.
