Jasper County Historical Society/Museum- The Jasper CountyHistorical Museum contains many interesting exhibits utilizing over8,000 artifacts that have been donated to the society over the years.One of the outstanding attractions near the entrance to the museum is a40 foot long bas-relief sculpture depicting the history of JasperCounty. There is an Iowa Native American diorama, theater, quiltexhibit and more! There is also extensive agriculture equipment locatedin the barn.

Maytag Dairy Farms- On October 11, 1941, the first wheels ofMaytag Blue Cheese were formed and put to age in our caves. Not muchhas changed since then, although our truck is newer and our cheesemakers are older! Today, we still make each wheel by hand, aging it inour caves twice as long as most other blue cheeses.
