Meeting Rooms

The meeting room is 510 square feet and can accommodate up to 30 people. There are 3 different set ups available: Boardroom, which comfortably seats 2-24 people, Lecture-style, which comfortably seats 2-30 people, and U-shaped, which comfortably seats 2-25 people. A business center with computer and printer are available in the lobby, and a fax machine and copy services are nearby. Take advantage of the free wireless Internet access. Complimentary coffee and ice water served upon request.

Types of Meetings

The AmericInn Lodge & Suites offers an excellent space for hosting location interviews, depositions, training seminars, board meetings and corporate retreats. Our beautiful conference room has also been used for reunions, gift openings, quilting/scrapbook retreats, wedding gatherings and baby or bridal showers.
