Swimming Pool – The Municipal Swimming Pool is located at Putnam Park. It offers a leisure pool feature a zero depth area with several play features, plunge pool with a 50’ slide, four lane lap pool with a recreational diving board, lifeguards on staff and a new bathhouse with concession.

Faribault County Fair – The fair is a wonderful place to see anything from horses to exotic animals at the petting zoo. There are a bunch of different kinds of activities going on throughout the fair week.

Martin County Historical Society’s Pioneer Museum – The Pioneer Museum features many artifacts from Martin County’s history including a Wooton Desk, a 1923 American La France fire truck, a pioneer home display from the turn of the 20th century, a school room from the past, a military room, and many other artifacts representative of local history on the three floors of what was once a school. Research can be conducted in a state of the art research library completed in 2003. Some of the research materials available include microfilmed county newspapers and bound newspapers dating back to the 1870’s, obituary records, cemetery records, family histories, high school yearbooks, phone directories, and city directories.
