Safari Island - Expect heart-pounding excitement and thrill-packed discoveries on your expedition through Safari Island.  Its centerpiece is a large aquatic center with an eight land Olympic size pool and a leisure pool with a two story water slide, water play fountains and zero depth water entry. The facility also includes a children's play structure, four-court gymnasium, fitness center, and elevated running track.

Carver County Fair  - Located within walkingn distance of the hotel, Waconia hosts one of Minnesota's top county fairs, drawing about 75,000 people each yeaer.  The Carver County Fair boasts large livestock and open class exhibits; along with 4-H, FFA and educational displays.  Grandstand events include tractor and truck pulls and a demolition derby.  Midway rides and games for kids and adults.
