Meeting Room

The meeting room is 450 square feet and can accommodate up to 25 people. There are 3 different set ups available: Boardroom, which comfortably seats 2-18 people, Lecture-style, which comfortably seats 2-25 people, and U-shaped, which comfortably seats 2-25 people. The meeting room contains a TV and DVD/VCR player, white screen, and an easel with a flip chart. A business center with computer and printer are available in the lobby, and a fax machine and copy services are nearby. Take advantage of the free wireless and hardwired high-speed Internet access. Complimentary coffee and ice water served upon request. Additional items such as soda, juice, mini-muffins and fresh baked cookies may be purchased. The Flying J Travel Plaza, immediately adjacent to the hotel, featuring the Magic Dragon Chinese Restaurant, Pepperoni’s Super Slice Pizza and Country Market Buffet Restaurant are available to cater.
