Conference Room Sizes:

• W.D. Walden: 1020 square feet
• Jim Leighton: 1260 square feet
• Scotty Philip: 1200 square feet
• W.D. Walden/Jim Leighton: 2280 square feet
• Jim Leighton/Scotty Philip: 2460 square feet
• Teton Island Conference Center (all three combined): 3480 square feet
• Executive Boardroom (~543 square feet):  Our executive boardroom features an executive style table that will seat 12 people comfortably.  There is room for extra chairs throughout the room to fit a total of 20-25 people. It has a built in whiteboard and also features state-of-the-art technology including a 42" flatscreen television and video conferencing. 

We have 72" round tables, 30"x96" rectangular banquet tables and 350 chairs.

Any extra time needed for decorating or setup by guest must be included in the time the room is reserved for.  One set-up and one tear down will be provided in the rate.  We will set up the room for the initial start time of room reservation.  A complete floor plan must be provided 24 hours prior to the event.  If an additional setup is necessary, an additional $50 charge applies.

Catering:

Break items such as coffee, soda and bottled water may be provided for an additional fee.  We suggest the following caterer if meals are required: McClelland's Restaurant - 605-223-9126

There is a kitchen available to use in the conference center.  It is equipped with a commercial refrigerator, dishwasher, and has counter space which makes preparing a meal much easier.  There is no charge for use of the kitchen area as long as it is cleaned and returned to its original state.  We do have place settings that are available to rent for an additional fee.
