Irvine Park - In  1906 William Irvine had a dream to establish a reserve that would enhance and protect the Chippewa Valley environment.  Mr. Irvine then donated  a number of acres to the city for this purpose.  The size of the park has grown throughout the years and is now 318 acres.  It has been a recreational resource of pride for Chippewa Falls residents and visitors for many years.  This is a two-mile gently rolling trail.  The trail is located in the city of Chippewa Falls on  Highway 124 North.  For more information call the Chippewa Falls Park & Recreation.

Lake Wissota State Park - Located on County Highway O, the park offers over 11 miles of scenic trails that pass along Lake Wissota's shoreline.  Although the trails are not developed for biking, bikes are permitted on all but three of the trails.  A state park sticker is required.

Old Abe Trail - The Old Abe Trail is a paved, 19.4 mile, multi-use trail.  It winds through agricultural and forestland while following the Chippewa River.  There is an abundance of wildlife and natural beauty.  One of the trailheads is located northeast of Chippewa Falls.  From Highway 53 follow County Highway S for about 5.5 miles.  At the junction of Highway S and Highway O turn left on 97th Avenue.  A state bike pass is required for anyone 16 years and older.  Self registration passes are available at the trailheads in Cornell at the Millyard Park and at Lake Wissota on 97th Avenue. (Or in Chippewa Falls at the Chippewa Falls Visitor Center - 10 South Bridge Street or Spring Street Sports - 12 West Spring Street.)

Ojibwa Golf - Mature, 70 year old course, par 35-9 hole scenic course with well-manicured fairways, greens and tee boxes.  Relax in the clubhouse or on the deck, overlooking the course and enjoy a beverage or snack from the Bar & Grill.  If it's raining, check out the bowling alleys!

Jacob Leinenkugel Brewery - Leinenkugel Brewery has been a big part of the Chippewa Falls history. Not only do we have the historical brewery, but there is also a cave in Irvine Park that the Leinenkugel beer was stored in before there was adequate refrigeration. Jacob Leinenkugel opened his brewery in 1867 to produce the finest beer in the land. Today thousands enjoy Leinenkugels beer and specialty brews. Join the many visitors who tour the Jacob Leinenkugel Brewing Company each year on their trips to the Northwoods of Wisconsin. Experience how their Specialty Beers are hand-crafted in small 160-barrel batches. At the end of your tour enjoy a couple of samples of Leinenkugels and enjoy browsing through the fabulous gift shop.

The Cook-Rutledge Mansion - The mansion is in the National Register of Historic Places and is one of the finest examples of High Victorian Italianate architecture. The mansion has an interesting history that extends to various parts of Chippewa Falls.

Chippewa Falls Museum of Industry and Technology - Experience first-hand the legacy of Chippewa Falls at the Chippewa Falls Museum of Industry and Technology.  The museum interprets a rich, varied history of manufacturing and processing that began in Chippewa Falls in the 1840s and continues today.  It relates the story of industry, as well as telling about the area and people.  This Chippewa Falls museum has new and exciting educational programs as well.
