You can always count on these to be very clean. The staff has been very well trained and attentive. Have stayed at 4 others and all locations have been great. Have always found this to be a very good value for your money.
The room was clean and tidy. I love that the sink and mirror is outside of the bathrooms. Very quiet room. The check in process was quick and efficient and the goodies bag was a nice touch! All of the staff that we encountered were very pleasant and welcoming.
In for state fair. Very good room and easy access from interstate. Provided cookies at check in. Maid service was great. AC worked wonderfully. I highly recommend this place to stay at. Close to a Casey's and that made my day. Down side.......did not carry St. Louis Ca...

Rooms were functional and clean. Decor was not high end but good value for the price. Breakfast was the exact same each day. We stayed 3 nights and would have preferred more of a variety. Our sons loved the pool and hot tub!

Our 16U softball team stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and we rented 11 rooms for families during this time. First they did not put all our rooms together even though they were blocked together 6 months in advance. Second they lost two of our reservations and we had parents that had to accept rooms with fewer beds because of this. Third when our sheets on our bed were changed they had blood stains on them. Fourth there were crickets and bugs in both the bathroom and room. Fifth there is no room were groups can sit and enjoy their company as the lobby was "off limits" after 10pm. Sixth and most importantly the staff were VERY rude and disrespectful to us on many occasions. They seemed very put out if we asked them for assistance with anything. Breakfast was descent but was exactly the same each morning. The pool area was acceptable. The fitness room was pathetic as it consisted of one treadmill and one bike. The treadmill was not working when we were there. The WiFi and cell phone reception was horrible. If you needed to make a call you had to step outside in the parking lot. There is not an elevator so if you have rooms on the second floor you have to carry all your luggage up two flights of stairs. None of our 11 families would recommend this hotel if you are traveling for multiple nights with friends. We did not enjoy our stay!
I am sorry you are dissatisfied with your stay. We did have all of your rooms downstairs but one. The only room there was an issue with was a guest who did not have a reservation or a confirmation number, I am unsure of exactly what happened but I did call a couple of other guests and was able to do some switching around to get her into a two room suite, with two beds, upstairs for the same price but at such a late date it was the best I could do.
I am sorry you were asked to vacate the lobby at 10:30pm, this was due to guest complaints about the noise. We have no problem with people enjoying our lobby but we must be considerate of all of our guests. I am sorry you thought my staff was rude to you because we asked you to keep the noise level down due to complaints, I assure you it is uncomfortable for them as well to have to say anything. I am sorry we offended you. I apologize that the treadmill was not working. We had a tech out to assess the problem some time ago and were waiting on them to return with the parts. It is fixed at this time. If you would like to discuss this further I would welcome a call from you.
