Stayed here while I was in town for a week long training. Room was clean and nicely decorated. The staff was polite and helpful. Made sure my room met my needs. I appreciated the quiet and relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely stay again.

A good experience. This hotel is quiet. Clean. Comfortable. Even our restless little dog slept well. I would recommend it. The rooms have a nice large TV and the refrigerator is larger than most. The ventilation is old-fashioned. The thermostat is on the unit. The air blows out into heavy curtain that hang over the blowers if the curtains are closed. We had to put a couple of objects up against the curtains to hold them back against the window in order to allow the air to blow into the room. Once we did that it worked fine.

Stopped in without a reservation. Desk got me an available room in short order. Room was decent for the price, clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. Decent choices, all good. Will stop again next time through town.

Sticky bathroom floor, stale smell in room as well as in all bedding, no hot water, mattress harder than the trunk of your car. Couldn't find room as room number was on the floor upside down. Carpet not cleaned, carpet tacky.
I was saddened to see that you had a bad experience at our hotel. I do apologize for the discomfort of your experience. Staffing changes have been made and new training programs have been put in place to avoid future incidents such as this. We strive every day to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Very convenient on our travel route, with the usual fine breakfast, friendly staff, and clean room. Other restaurants are nearby, and we had a good night's sleep during our stay at AmericInn this time also.
