It was not working half the time. It was a known issue when I asked and/or complained about it at checkout. I said your high speed internet is horrible. The staff person said yes we know about that and are working on fixing it. So why wasn’t I told about this when I specifically asked about it when I made the reservation the day before?
We had a early morning fire alarm and all guests had to stand outside in a very cold windy night. The fire department arrived after about 20 minutes with 2 firemen. I asked the staff person what is taking so long and they had no idea. After about 10 minutes 2 more firemen arrived. Well, after being outside for approximately 35 minutes I could take the cold no longer and moved inside the first door at which time the fireman opened the door and said come on it. They were ALL STANDING there talking while all the guests stood outside.
See above, and when I checked out I was asked how my stay was. I was NOT offered anything like a discount, a sorry this happened, why it happened, NOTHING.
It may not be the hotels fault for the fire alarm, but the staff was not prepared for a fire. I would have hated to be in that hotel had a real fire been burning.
You are welcomed with a smile and professional attitude. Quick check in and friendly staff. The room was clean and well equipped. It is located to good restaurants and freeway entrance. We will stay here again. The price was very reasonable.
We went to salina for a family emergency there was a rare compassion and understanding from all the staff we were made to feel very comfortable everyone was courteous friendly knowledgeable and very happy to help

We were traveling with our dog and they made it easy for us to have her with us. We could have her with us in the room without needing her kennel. It made it so much more comfortable for her and easier on us.
