This Americinn was standard....rooms were actually very quiet and beds comfortable which was great as we were all tired after a long day. Granted, it is the slow season here.....but we had a hard time finding anyone at the front desk, both during check-in, at breakfast and at check-out. We had a special request for a rollaway bed in our room that was forgotten twice....but the young man who I talked to after the shift change brought it down immediately. They didnt have any of their hot breakfast out when we were ready to leave....around 8:00 am. There was a sign next to the breakfast area that said something like..."Due to low guest volumes....please ask us to make the warm items when you arrive". We had to wait for someone to come to the front desk 10 min or so...and then it took about 10-15 minute wait for us to get eggs and then another few minutes for sausage and then another few minutes for bacon. That was kind of a bummer, but if you don't care about the breakfasts, this obviously won't matter much. The staff was nice enough, just seemed to be spread thin and unavailable much of the time. They have updated this hotel a little from the last time I've stayed here, which was nice. Conveniently located in town. Price was ok. Average.
Friendly staff and very clean rooms. Breakfast selection was very nice. I would return to this hotel. Real easy to find. Pool area looked real nice tho on this trip I did not have the time to take advantage of it.

Overall visit was ok. Room had dirty sheets when I arrived. Seemed that house cleaning decided to brush out the crumbs and close up the bed, it had badly wrinkled sheets that someone clearly had slept on before me. when I put my head on my pillow that night, I discovered that housing keeping put a "clean" pillow case on a bloody pillow. It was starting to bleed through by the time I found it. Clean pillow case and turning over the pillow is not acceptable!
The desk was very helpful and apologetic.
The next morning I was downstairs eating and decided to go back to my room. I found house cleaning in my room sitting on the bed talking on their cell phone. No big deal right? But there were two kids watching the TV and eating in my room. What's up with that?
I will not be returning to this location since the owners of this hotel fell you have no privacy. And the cleaning staff feels the same.
We will like to apologize for the inconvenience you had during your stay for which we have already brought up to housekeeping department. It was a special day for our staff to bring kids to work to see what there parents do at work. Again our management is extremely sorry & will like to offer you a 1 FREE Night stay when you are back in area. Please call us in advance & ask for Manager to make reservation.

I stayed at the AmercInn in October 2016 while attending a ChumpCar race (amatuer level) at the Road America racing complex. I booked about 2 weeks before our event and was able to get a king-size bed for my girlfriend and I for 2 nights, $99/night + tax. Due to the nature of racing, I spent very little time at the hotel, but it was clean, comfortable, and maybe even a little nicer than I was expecting. It's also not far from Road America, maybe 10 minutes drive, which was really important to me.
My girlfriend enjoyed the indoor pool and hottub. The included breakfast was par for the course. When the lady at the desk found out I was racing, she asked if a 6am breakfast was going to be early enough to accomodate us getting to the track on time. I was pleased that she asked.
Bottom line, I would happily stay there again.
We at AmericInn Plymouth Wiscosnin will like to thank you for reviewing your stay with us. Service is our highest priority in todays industry. We are happy to hear from you regarding your stay was comfortable & enjoying. Yes we are closest hotel to track & for which it becomes more convenient for driving & relaxing.
Once again our staff will like to thankyou which it means a lot for them.

I've stayed at the AmericInn in Plymouth, WI twice now, and both times they have failed in customer service and satisfaction. The first time I stayed, I called the hotel directly for early check-in, which they told me would not be a problem. When I arrived however, the clerk at the front desk was apparently unaware and told me it would be at least another hour before they could provide a room. In order to prevent the same thing from happening again, I made sure to proactively call the 1-800 number AND the hotel directly AND let them know what time I would be arriving. Apparently communication is a huge miss in this hotel. The document I signed said "early arrival" on it, but again the clerk was less than helpful and unapologetic when a room was not available. They told me it would again be at least an hour before I could check-in. I told them I would take any room at this point, regardless of whether or not it was below what I paid (I had purchased the king suite with a living room) but they said they were unable to offer a different room. I called their corporate customer service line (which was great) and they told me they would get me in touch with the manager. When the manager arrived, he came straight over and gave his reasons why he was unable to accommodate me. He was not helpful. He had no intention of hearing my side of the issue or solving my problem. The staff's approach to customer service is a direct reflection of his management. Poor. After a few attempts to get a word in, I politely gave up. I will not stay here again. When traveling for business, choose elsewhere. When you need the information you receive to be accurate, choose elsewhere. When you expect decent customer service, choose elsewhere. I don't expect the AmericInn to be perfect, but I do expect their staff and management to be a bit more empathetic and ready to problem solve when there’s a huge miss on their end.
We had guest checked in early @9.55 am morning, check in time is 3.00pm despite of that if you are not happy we are extremely sorry since we were sold out day before. We have refunded $150.00 to your discover card which you could have mentioned in the guest response.
Again our staff had done everything to get you in room early.
