Great family value

We stayed here with our teenaged children. We visited the Porcupine Mountains State Park to do some snowshoeing and snowboarding and it was a great location, only minutes away. There were tons of snowmobilers there on the same weekend but I must say, everyone was courteous...

Once you stay here, you'll never switch.

Motel is beautiful, allows pets, and our pet room still smelled as fresh and clean as a non pet room. delicious continental breakfast, coffee 24/7, laundry, pool/spa. Very attentive to our needs! great

Escape on the Lake

The AmericInn in Silver City is a wonderful place to base a trip to the Porkies. We stayed here instead of camping or cabining and glad that we did. The weather was windy and rainy on Friday night and having a hotel room simplified our trip. Our room had a fabulous lake v...

Nice but not worth the high cost

We wanted to go hike in the porkie mts so this was our choice. Restaurant connected but there was a quilter convention and they overruled the motel and restaurant closed early. Not fair. Room was ok but for the huge price i would have thought better. Its kind out outdated......
