Almost $150 for one nite stay at a small town "Average" hotel was pretty steep. I have paid less for more and nicer rooms in major cities.
Your facilities are "fine," just not much of a value for the money.
For a value priced hotel the room was beautiful, updated and comfortable. I would defiantly stay again if I was in the Sauk Center area. I did not get a chance to use the pool area. The room, staff and general appearance were all wonderful.
Although we were just spending an overnight, I would have liked to have had time to enjoy the beautiful pool and hot tub area. The hotel was very nice and clean and comfortable. All the staff we encountered seemed helpful and efficient.

We were heading home from Minneapolis to Grand Forks when my dad's water pump went out. We didn't get help until about 4:15, so we were stranded. The employees at the car dealership offered us a ride to AmericInn. I work at a hotel back home, so I guess you can say I'm picky when it comes to hotels. When we got in, we were pleasantly surprised! Sarah was the lady working, and she was wonderful! We got to our room and everything looked great! It was a quiet and peaceful night. Breakfast in the morning was pretty standard for hotels. The waffle machines are pretty cool though! The one has the AmericInn logo! The only complaints I have are the change machine in the pool room only gave us $.50 for our dollar, and at breakfast, the water in the juice machine tasted really weird.

Woman who used a walker had a second floor room and painful and dangerous for her to walk up the stairs. I'm not sure if it was the family or hotels fault that she had a second floor room with no elevator, but it was hard to watch.
