With the inception of the Easy Rewards by AmericInnSM loyalty program, the INN-
Pressive Club® stamp program has been terminated. INN- Pressive Club® stamps
are no longer eligible and will not be accepted.
Once you achieve Elite status, you will have it the remainder of the year you achieved your status and the following full calendar year.
As an Elite status member, you will receive a special welcome goodie bag upon check-in at any AmericInn Hotel. You will also get exclusive access to special offers and promotions as well as hotel room upgrades (based on hotel availability).
Elite cards will be sent out to all active Elite status members every February, starting in 2016.
Yes, you will keep your same member number when you achieve Elite status.
Members earn 1 point for each eligible night stayed at any AmericInn hotel.
Just provide your Easy Rewards by AmericInnSM membership number when you make your reservation or when you check in. If you forget your membership number, we can look it up for you.
You can redeem 10 points for a $40 check or 10 points for a $75 AmericInn room voucher. Your room voucher(s) may be used towards stays at any of our welcoming AmericInn hotel locations.

Even though we believe that Easy Rewards by AmericInnSM is the easiest program out there, the lawyers said we still had to have terms and conditions.
Easy Rewards by AmericInnSM (the "Program") is a customer loyalty program designed for AmericInn International, LLC (“AmericInn”) that rewards Program members who stay at participating AmericInn hotels. When you enroll in the Program, you are eligible to earn Easy Reward points (“Points”) on eligible stays at participating AmericInn hotels and redeem the collected Points for the rewards described below.
AmericInn may, from time to time, at its sole discretion, involve third parties as "Program Partners" in the Program. These Program Partners and the basis on which they are participating will be displayed on the AmericInn.com/Rewards website, and may require compliance with additional terms and conditions.
The Program is open to all individuals, age 18 or over, who have a valid mailing address and email address. You may only enroll in the Program for yourself, and may not collect or redeem Points for anyone other than yourself. The Program is for personal use only. Corporations or other entities are not eligible to participate in the Program. The Program and your participation therein, the awarding of Points and the granting of rewards is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
When you enroll in the Program, we will establish an account in your name, assign a membership number to you, and provide you with a membership card. If you enroll at AmericInn.com, you will receive your membership card in the U.S. mail in three to four weeks. If you enroll when making a reservation at  886.8664 or  634.3444 you will receive your membership card in three to four weeks, however you will need to activate your account on the left side of the page. If you enroll at a participating AmericInn hotel, you will receive your membership card on-site at that time, however you will need to activate your account at AmericInn.com/Rewards. While you can earn Points prior to activating your account, account activation is required to redeem Points.
AmericInn reserves the right at any time to limit Program enrollment and may refuse at any time to enroll you. At its sole discretion, AmericInn may modify or terminate your membership, deactivate your account and/or revoke or cancel all or part of your Point balance if: (i) any Points in your account are issued, received or redeemed through fraud, misrepresentation, theft or other illegal means, (ii) you are in violation of these Terms and Conditions, (iii) you abuse any of the personnel of AmericInn or an AmericInn hotel physically, verbally or in writing, or (iv) you fail to pay for your hotel stay, any check issued by you to an AmericInn hotel is returned for insufficient funds or is invalid for any reason, or your credit card payment is revoked for any reason.
You may terminate your membership at any time by contacting Member Services at  886.8664 or via email at EasyRewards@AmericInn.com.
If your membership is terminated either by AmericInn or you, all unredeemed Points will be forfeited upon account deactivation.
You must comply at all times with all laws, rules, and regulations that are applicable to you. You agree to comply with all of these Terms and Conditions and the terms governing any Program Partner’s offers and promotions at all times. You agree that your participation in the Program is entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for restricting access to and maintaining the confidentiality of your Program account and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for the activities of anyone using your password. The receipt or redemption of Points may be subject to tax liability. Any tax liability, including disclosure, with respect to the receipt or use of Points, is solely your responsibility. You agree to check with your tax advisor regarding possible tax implications. You agree that if you object to any of these Terms and Conditions, or any modifications thereof, or otherwise become dissatisfied with the Program, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue participation in the Program and terminate your membership.
You agree to provide accurate information to AmericInn at all times and to promptly notify AmericInn of any change in your mailing address or email address by logging in and editing your profile. If your membership card is lost or stolen, contact Member Services at  886.8664 or via email at EasyRewards@AmericInn.com.
Your membership number must be provided either at the time the reservation was made or at check-in. If you do not have your membership number with you at check-in, you will need to provide your photo ID to assist the hotel in locating your profile in the hotel’s computer. The membership number must be entered in the hotel computer system prior to check-out for you to receive Points for your stay. Points will not be earned for stays made prior to the date of your enrollment in the Program.
You may earn one Point per guest room per night for a maximum of three guest rooms and three Points per night at the same AmericInn hotel. All guest rooms must be in your name and include your membership number. Only one person per stay may receive Points and the Points will be credited to the individual whose name appears on the reservation, if such individual is a member. If both you and another member share a room, the member reserving and staying in the room will earn the Point(s). Points may not be split or shared.
No Points will be earned for complimentary rooms, stays with $0 room revenue, incomplete payment (not paid in full), ‘no-show’ reservations, non-guest room facility rentals such as the pool area or meeting rooms and most rates available through tour operators and third-party online travel company websites such as Trip Advisor and others which offer prepaid wholesale rates (i.e. Orbitz.com, Travelocity.com, Expedia.com, Lodging.com, Hotels. com, etc.), and all opaque travel sites (i.e.Hotwire.com, Priceline.com, etc.) where the name and location of the hotel is not known until after the reservation is finalized. A “stay” is defined as the total number of consecutive nights spent at the same participating AmericInn hotel, regardless of whether the guest checks out and checks back in again. Points will not be issued for room nights forfeited or not completed due to early departure or eviction as a result of violation of hotel policy, etc.
If at any time a Point is not earned during the preceding 24 month period, AmericInn may deactivate your account and, upon deactivation, your points will be forfeited. Subsequent re-enrollment does not entitle you to reinstatement of forfeited Points.
Points are awarded upon check-out and it may take up to five days for Points to be credited to your account. However, you are responsible for making sure that Points are properly credited. Any claim for Points not credited accurately must be submitted via the Missing Points form within six months of the date of the applicable stay along with all supporting documentation, including your membership number, email address, mailing address and daytime telephone number. Please keep all of your hotel room receipts for your records, as they will be required for Point adjustment requests.
Easy Rewards promotional or bonus point(s) will be awarded to activated Easy Rewards accounts only unless otherwise noted.
Points may be redeemed only for rewards offered through the Program. You may redeem Points in your account for a check from AmericInn, a $75 AmericInn room voucher(s) or other rewards that may be added to the Program. In order to qualify for a reward, you must have sufficient Points in your account to redeem a reward from the above list. When a redemption transaction is completed, the corresponding number of Points for that reward will be deducted from your account and the transaction cannot be cancelled. To redeem your points, login to your account.
Room voucher(s) are good against all rates except pre-paid reservations when the reservation is paid for at the time of booking. This includes AmericInn’s Advance Purchase rate made through AmericInn.com or the AmericInn 800#. Room voucher(s) may not be used on reservations through travel companies such as TripAdvisor, Expedia, Travelocity, Orbitz, Priceline, Hotwire, etc. You may use multiple room vouchers for stays at participating AmericInn hotels. However, if the total of the room voucher(s) exceeds the charges for the stay, neither AmericInn nor the hotel will pay the difference. There will be no cash back or room voucher issuance for the difference. Room vouchers are transferable, can be gifted and should be considered a form of payment toward your stay. The recipient of the gifted room voucher will be required to present the printed voucher at the time of check-in. Room vouchers expire one year from the date of issuance, after the expiration of this one-year period; the voucher will be null and void and will not be reissued. The room voucher is the responsibility of the member and AmericInn is not liable for loss or theft.
Increased Easy Rewards benefits are effective April 20, 2012. Redemptions for room vouchers prior to April 20, 2012 will not be adjusted.
No back dating will be allowed on redeeming points. Including point earnings and redemptions from any sunset Easy Rewards benefit campaigns.
Except where required by law, Points have no fixed or ascertainable cash value and do not constitute property of the members. Neither the Program nor any benefit offered by the Program creates or gives rise to any legal or contractual rights by members against AmericInn or any AmericInn hotel. The only right you acquire in the Points is to surrender them for redemption in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The membership card is non-transferable and is the property of AmericInn, to whom it must be returned upon request. You may not sell, assign, make a gift of or otherwise transfer all or any part of your Points. Points are not transferable in the event of death, as part of a domestic relations matter or otherwise by operation of law.
AmericInn reserves the right at any time, in its sole discretion, with or without notice, to: suspend or modify the Program, including these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part; to modify, limit, or suspend any Program offers and/or the use or redemption of Points in any respect; to modify or change redemption procedures, including the number of Points required for particular rewards; and to modify, limit or suspend the accrual of Points, including but not limited to imposing time limits and changes in Point values. In addition, AmericInn reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the Program upon 120 days prior notice to all active members or, in the case of termination where the Program is replaced by a similar program, immediately upon notice to all active members. In the event of such a termination of the Program, Points that are not redeemed by the termination date of the Program will be forfeited and may not thereafter be redeemed.
You should not rely upon the continued availability of the Program, or any earning, redemption, or other offers made in connection with the Program. All offers are available while supplies last, subject to any applicable cancellation policies, and are subject to change and/or revocation without notice.
AmericInn reserves the right to assign its rights and obligations under the Program. Upon any such assignment, the performance of AmericInn’s obligations under the Program shall be the responsibility of the assignee.
BY ENROLLING IN THE PROGRAM, YOU AGREE THAT AMERICINN, ITS AFFILIATES, AND ITS PROGRAM PARTNERS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, MANAGERS, DIRECTORS, GOVERNORS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) SHALL NOT HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM, LOSS, INJURY, DAMAGE, DELAY, TRAVEL CANCELLATION, ACCIDENT, COST OR EXPENSE OR FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FOR LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO REVENUE, PROFITS, SAVINGS, GOODWILL OR DATA) (COLLECTIVELY, "LOSSES AND DAMAGES"), DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO; (I) THE PROGRAM, THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR THE EASY REWARDS BY AMERICINN WEBSITE, (II) ANY FAILURE, DELAY OR DECISION BY AMERICINN IN ADMINISTERING THE PROGRAM, (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED USE OF YOUR CARD OR ANY BREACH OF SECURITY BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL, (IV) ANY OFFER, REPRESENTATION, STATEMENT OR CLAIM ABOUT THE PROGRAM, ANY PROGRAM PARTNER OR SUPPLIER OR THEIR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, MADE BY A PROGRAM PARTNER, SUPPLIER OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY, (V) ANY PRINTING, PRODUCTION, OR OTHER ERRORS IN ANY MEDIUM RELATED TO THE PROGRAM, (VI) ANY DELAY OR FAILURE TO CREDIT POINTS TO YOUR ACCOUNT, (VII) ANY FAILURE TO PROVIDE PROGRAM COMMUNICATION, OR (VIII) THE PURCHASE, REDEMPTION FOR OR USE OF ANY GOODS OR SERVICES OF PROGRAM PARTNERS OR SUPPLIERS
WHETHER MADE AVAILABLE BY US, ANY OF OUR AFFILIATES, PROGRAM PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS OR OTHERWISE. THESE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF ONE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES OR ONE OF THEIR REPRESENTATIVES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSSES AND DAMAGES, AND WITHOUT REGARD TO THE SUCCESS OR EFFECTIVENESS OF OTHER REMEDIES.
THE MAXIMUM COMBINED AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER IN ANY CALENDAR YEAR ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY OF THE MATTERS DESCRIBED ABOVE SHALL NOT IN ANY EVENT EXCEED TWENTY UNITED STATES DOLLARS (U.S. $20.00).
IF ANY OF THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY OR THE FOLLOWING WARRANTY DISCLAIMER IS FOUND TO BE VOID, INVALID, OR UNENFORCEABLE FOR ANY REASON, THEN SUCH LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND/OR DISCLAIMER SHALL BE MODIFIED TO THE MINIMUM EXTENT NECESSARY TO ACCOMPLISH THE PURPOSE AND INTENT OF THE ORIGINAL PROVISIONS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW AND THE REMAINING LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS SHALL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
THE EASY REWARDS BY AMERICINN LOYALTY PROGRAM AND THE EASY REWARDS BY AMERICINN WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND. AMERICINN HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE OR USAGE OF TRADE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, WITH RESPECT TO THE PROGRAM AND THE WEBSITE.
Your enrollment and Point earning and redemption claims under the Program or in connection therewith are subject to our verification and acceptance, which acts shall be deemed made, performed, transacted, and closed in Minnesota, USA. By enrolling in the Program, you agree that the laws of the State of Minnesota (USA), without regard to its conflict of laws rules, will govern the Program and these Terms and Conditions, as well as your and our observance of them. The interpretation of these Terms and Conditions and any rules related to the Program shall be at the sole discretion of AmericInn.
